Development
One of MacB's strengths is its ability to provide client organizations
with innovative and highly effective management development programs.
These programs can be either in-house versions of public seminars such
as "Essential Management Skills" offered through the McGill Executive
Institute or pre-designed programs. Additionally, MacB can undertake a
training needs assessment and custom design a management and supervisory
development program to meet the specific requirements of the client. Because
training and development is a key element in the success of all of MacB's
services, it is an area where we feel we can effectively meet client needs.

Management
and Supervisory Development Case
A small national airline has strategically decided that the 340+
members of its management and supervisory team need comprehensive
management training. Working through the International Airline Transportation
Association, Mark and his associates Bob Lewis and Julie Freeman
provide a series of week-long training seminars to all members of
the management group.
